A Little Bit of Love

All signs of Christmas have been put away and now
a "little bit of love" has taken its place.
Our old ladder is back in its spot next to the fireplace. Hearts and cards of love now fill the room with reminders that Valentine's day is not too far away.

The fluffy, white, throw that I used as our tree skirt is conveniently hung on a rung with a few sentimental cards from Valentine's days, of past, perched on others.

Two, glittery, red hearts sit on a bed of feathers and snow inside a glass ornament that came off our Christmas tree.
This staging of white and gold will be the look 'til spring.

The white tin panel came out of storage, once again. It's a perfect background for the golden heart to take center stage.

Back in the day, some 25 years ago, this "Olde Country Sampler" all tattered and worn was actually made by, moi, JP.
That was when I was into selling variations in antique shops and on Etsy.

I've used this suitcase filled with old Valentine's quite a few times before.

This vignette is on the shelf that's behind our couch.

Love, Hugs and Kisses,
JP
and Gucci, too!

Sharing at these great parties
